i am also in favour of incomplete evacuation. shaws says that after doing surgical evacuation for a case of h. mole, a repeat curettage is recommended seven t o ten days later to ensure that all molar tissue and decidua have been removed. many prefer to evacuate a mole under usg guidance to ensure complete evacuation and to avoid uterine perforation.

more opinions r invited.
