answer is option c) clostridium septicum.

reference is website of Geocities.

some info:
these r Gram positive bacilli .
one of the gas gangrene group of clostridia .
also occurs in the human intestine where it is usually harmless .
Smears from the liver show long filamentous forms and citron bodies .
