I will be as brief and detailed as I can. I am 28 yrs old and am a very health male. I started noticing a heavy head feeling along with burning and tingling in my head in early May 2006. On may 22 I had an "attack" of my brain and got tunnel vision, saw spots and almost passed out. I was taken to ER. EKG, blood work, and CAT scan was done...NOTHING. Symptoms continued. I saw many different doctors including 2 neurologists. MRI and MRA were ordered and done coming back negative. I am fine. I am still having "brain attacks" frequently. Numbness starts at the back of my head and goes up to the top with the tingling, burning sensations. I get a little dizzy and nothing seems to help. I was told that it was ocular migrane and given magnesium. Didnt help at all. During the "attacks" my head feels like it is going to pop out my ears with pressure, I get clammy, and feel like my throat is swelling. When it is over, I am very fatigued and out of comission for a couple days and it feels like there is a knot in the back of my head. This is the end of August and still no progress. I have been a healthy athlete all my life and I am far from myself. My wife wants her husband backk and I dont want the fear of "Brain Attacks" to continue all this time like it does. I am not the same person and I dont know what is causing this. I forget how I used to feel. Can someone please help me or suggest who I see? Thanks

I am a patient lookig for an answer. Thanks a lot for your reply. I have no vomiting, but upset stomach when "attacks" happen. No family history of this at all and no seziures. It feels like there is a knot in the back of my head. My doctor has the MRI of brain, not spine. I think that panic attacks are involved with my brain attacks because I just dont know what is happening. Any help would do! Thanks

hai buddy,i read what you have described.as you wrote that your "throat swelled and you felt fatigued'.i think such clinical picture more reveals of "seizure disorder".so what if your MRI & MRA were normal.may be there is some problem in the Biochemistry
of your brain.you must see a good neurologist.friend tell me from where are you?do reply me.waiting
