i was going thru AIIMS 2002 nov explaination by AA. it is given that pelvic bones are more commonly involved than lower vertebrae. latest bailey doesn't say anything clearly, has given both of them as most common sites, but pelvis is mentioned earlier than lower vertebrae. so, now i'm alll the more confused.

in 7th ed RORRINS it is given in descending order as lumber spine ,prox femur, pelvis ,thoracic sp .ribs.......... hope no doubts any more

it must be lumbar spine .......since it has a venous plexus connecting to spine....thats the mc site...corect me if i am wrong
