[b][i]ANYONE WHO HAVE DONE OR DOING MBBS FROM Bihar PLZ REUNITE TO FILE A CASE IN HIGH COURT.WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING AFTER THE NOTIFICATION AS THAT HAPPENED IN PAST YEARS. ABOUT 50% SEATS OF PG IN Bihar QUOTA IS FILLED BY EXTERNAL CANDIDATE. SO IT OPENS A LOT OF OPPURTUNITY FOR INTERNAL CANDIDATE IN GETTING A SATISFACTORY SEAT.MOST OF THE STATE FOLLOW THE SAME CRITERIA SO WE MUST GET JUDGEMENT IN FAVOUR OF US.EXTERNAL CANDIDATE GET DOUBLE CHANCE TO APPEAR IN PG ENTRANCE.SO IT IS A GREAT INJUSTICE WITH INTERNAL CANDIDATE. SO PLZ REUNITE IN FULL STRENGTH.

Great Idea......

But Like AMIT GUPTA who stood by for the justice in ALL INDIA we need to have someone.

Its a SURE SHOT winning case, but need a ardent effort, money and a Very Good Lawyer.

Please start a move, people will join ...BUT ..BUT.........BUT....unlike many past experiences..it has to be a genuine effort with honest people who should care for the judgement and NOT FOR MONEY ONLY.

Another Option besides going to HIGH COURT can be...

To meet the health secretary and Chief Secretary based on supreme court decision. We can convince them that this is a policy decision of the STATE GOVERNEMENT. So if they want, they can give directives to the BCECEB.

Organise a delegate of like minded students and meet them....or even to the CHIEF MINISTER if needed.

Try to get the media attention also, it might help.

Hurry...Before its toooo late......like every year.

my dear ppl,
boys from pmch-2000 batch, have gone there and met health secy.
UNHONE ASHWASAN DIYA HAI.
lets see what happens, but 2000 batch-pmch has a long roll of reputation. they got grace marks in univ theory exams, then they got grace marks in clinical exams, then they got the intern stipend increased. the sure are a 'millenium' batch.
if it fails im tryin to mobilise ppl from NMCH too and work out this matter in near future.

why r u bother about internal and external seat if u hav capability then go for AIIMS and all india so many state allow to give exam for external condidate so its not new things

I have done my MBBS from state other than Bihar and i am originally from Bihar . I had given Bihar PG as it is open for us.
Still i am for a ruling that Bihar PG should be open only for the graduates who have studied in Bihar . This is the status in most other states in country so why should it not be in Bihar ?

there must be uniformity in the PG exam eligibility criteria in all states
