M. 25 years. History of diarrhea for 15 days, he has lost 5 kg., barium enema & rectosigmoidoscopey were normal. What is your next management. ?
A. -Stool culture
B. -Stool microscopy
C. -Plain abdominal X Ray
D. -Upper GI series

I thought first it was A, but others say D. What do you think?

I'd go for microscopy first, then culture.
