I think it should be Ca Lung . . . AFP is usually associated with GI malignancies or Testicular Tumors like Emrbyonal Ca and Yolk Sac Tumors.

Intraabdominal malignancies produce tumor markers including the carcinoembryonic antigen CA 19-9 and AFP.
harrison doesnt mention afp in ca lung

also remember
AFP is raised in

hepatoma
gonadal germ cell tumour
yolk cell tumour
hepatitis
cirrhosis
neural tube defects
