Quick Scroll NIMHANS PREP- MUST READ 10.10.06 (1 year ago) #1

hi friends.....am gonna mention things to be read for NIMHANS entrance... am sure you can crack it....provided they conduct the exams fairly icon_lol.gif
well.....though its an exam for Psychiatry ......you can find more of non Psychiatry questions.....ok let me start now....
1) ahuja text book of Psychiatry -- can be read within a week.. easy
to read...buy 6th edtn

2)harrisons 16th edtn-- read only Psychiatry ,addiction/abuse topic
if not all.....this is very important since they
directly pick up ques from these topics

3)KDT pharm-- majority of the ques in NIMHANS will be on drugs...
if not all read atleast CNS+CVS from KDT and also
read CNS drugs from harry......

4)Salgunan or AAA--there ask many ques from other sub like patho,
ophtho,OBG,etc...but they are very easy and
answerable....so better to read these books

i think this is more than enough as far as prep is concerned.........but remember there is 0.5 mark negative for wrong answers......so dont dare guess any ques...it can be hazardous.....
ALL THE BEST FOR ALL......
