my freind, the best books for AIIMS prep are ashish and amit2006 ed containing 3 volumes.

next best are across six volumes.all 2006 edition.

sarp and mudit are not so useful for AIIMS .

but pl know,only 10 to 12 qs are repeated you will know where to lay emphasis by studying mcqs and 10 yers old papers.
surgery by pulse is just good
