HELLO.. I wanted a piece of information wbout which iam really confused and need help.. i have done my 1 year house job in my home country and i have recently done PLAB 2. i wanted to know how to get into gp training.. DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY FOUNDATION YEAR 2 .. AND THEN I WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR APPLYING FOR GP TRAINING IN UK??? OR CAN IAPPLY NOW WITH PLAB 2 AND 1 YEAR HOUSE JOB( F 1 EQUIVALENT). and when is the time to give the first part of mrcgp??? kindly help

Check out search in [snip] for : gp recruitment ; for more details.( Unable to post website here as its a violation.). there are contact details there.

You have to be registered with the UK GMC / have passed the PLAB completely and be eligible for registration.Best to contact the GMC for more details. You also need to show that you have equivalent of a UK foundation programme competencies.

I think You can only give mrcgp if you are part of a scheme. The best time to start is just before your registrar year.
