Can you tell me what the MOST COMMON CAUSE of any lytic bone lesion could be?
Would it be a metastatic tumor from the prostate?
What would the most likely cause be if the lytic lesion were to be in the vertebral column instead of the femur?
Can the moderators help us?

Shahrukh.
