hi everyone,
i am a II mbbs student now in the 1st term. i wanted to know what extra can i do other that the regular studies like the sts project from icmr. as i am in a deemed university in Maharashtra (krishna inst. of med. sci.) we dont get a huge scope as that of colleges in cities or govt. colleges we get a lot of free time in 2nd 1st.

i m also reading these books so plz also suggest wether i need to make any changes:

Patho - Robbins(big)
Pharmac - Tripathi
Micro - Anantnarayan
FMT - Reddy

plz also tell me wether reading harshmohan is also important. i ask this bcoz although i am reading robbins sometimes feell i dnt know a topic when i am discussing with my harshmohan reading friends.

in robbins and harshmohan regarding morphology n microscpic features r same but it will be some what extensive in robbins. the point where it differs from harsh is in etiology,it is given more detailand somepoints r present only in harsh but not robbins .but after completion of entire syallabus it will be same and u will have good knowledge
