Q. The various components of a Will to be valid are :

1.A knowledge of property to b disposed of.

2.A legatee can attest a will.

3.Presence of delusion not affecting in any way the disposal of property or the person affected by the will.

4.It shud b made during lucid interval

Please explain with referance ?

Eligibility for making valid will:
1. Age>18
2. Sound disposing Mind
3. insane only in Lucid Interval
4. Intoxicated Person only if a Doctor certify that the Person Was in Possession of his senses
5. Have thorough Knowledge of his wealth and property
