5 – 23 February 2007 Local panels undertake short-listing

24 February 2007 Outcome of short-listing notified to applicants (except GP)

24-27 February 2007 Short-listed applicants confirm attendance at selection centre/interview(s)

24 February 2007 GP initial assessment day for all eligible GP applicants

Early March 2007 Outcome of the initial assessment notified to GP applicants

28 February – 13 April 2007 All selection centres/interviews take place with local selection panels

19 April 2007 Outcome of selection centres/interviews notified to applicants

19-23 April 2007
Successful applicants confirm acceptance or otherwise of training programme allocations

28 April 2007 Round 2: Opening date for applicationsUnfilled programmes from Round 1 re-advertised

By 1 May 2007 Round 1 applicants confirm acceptance or otherwise of FTSTA allocations

2 May 2007 Unfilled FTSTAs from Round 1 re-advertised

11 May 2007 Round 2: Closing date for applications

14 May – 27 May 2007 Local panels undertake Round 2 short-listing

29 May 2007 Outcome of Round 2 short-listing notified to applicants

29-31 May 2007 Round 2 short-listed applicants confirm attendance at selection centre/interview(s)

4 June – 22 June 2007 Round 2 selection centres/interviews take place with local selection panels

23 June 2007 Outcome of Round 2 selection centres/interviews notified to applicants

23-26 June 2007 Successful applicants confirm acceptance or otherwise of Round 2 training programme or FTSTA allocations

like there will be a round 2 for ST TRAINING. WILL THERE be a round 2 for foundation year 1 applications( which have been published as mtas application process in august 2007already) and in this round 2 will ppl who have done hous ejob in there home country be eligigle to apply?

and will there be a round 2 or 3 for foundation year 2 posts in 2007???( i mean stand alone posts)
