Where did you come across it? Give more details for a relevant search .
Binda is 20kms northwest of Crookwell on the way to Bigga and Grabine State Park, and Tuena and north to Bathurst, Australia
. Thatz all what I could find

what is Benda's (not Binda's) sign :
1.communicating hydrochephalus

That is the refernce to your query. Bind's sign is almost unknown and there is only one reference we could find for that after submitting our query to MESH database (international database of medical terms, paid access). In it also, it is not defined as binda's sign, but later on some people called it binda's sign as the author is Dr S Binda.
As we could not locate this particular copy of the article, we have given you the reference and page number of the journal.
