Welcome Letter
Dear Colleagues,
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 8th International Conference on New Trends in Immunosuppression and Immunotherapy.
As in past years, this conference will offer outstanding international speakers and state-of-the-art topics. There will be ample time for abstracts, posters and the many informal discussions that have helped make past meetings a success.
Those of you who attended the 7th International Conference in 2006 already know that Berlin is a vibrant cosmopolitan city, and the Intercontinental Hotel is a particularly outstanding venue for this meeting.
We hope you will join us.

Dear colleague,
After a successful first workshop in October 2006 it was clear that this initiative of an International workshop on Hepatitis C - resistance and new compounds needs to be continued.
We therefore are pleased to announce the second edition of the workshop that is scheduled on 31 October (afternoon) and 1 November (full day) 2007. This meeting will again be held in Boston prior to the AASLD.
The 1,5 day meeting will consist of invited lectures, abstract presentations, roundtable discussions and poster sessions. Ample time will be allocated for questions & answers and discussion in order to provide a stimulating environment that allows the participants to consolidate a full picture of the issues and challenges in this fast-moving field.
This workshop aims at providing international researchers and clinicians in the field of Hepatitis C with the unique opportunity to discuss their latest results in a closed workshop setting. The limited and restricted admission to this meeting will create an atmosphere of frank and open interaction.
Participation is open only to active researchers in the field. Scientists from the industry are welcome to participate. In order to maintain the scientific character of the meeting, participation of commercial persons is limited to one delegate per company. To apply for registration your present activities in the field must be mentioned in the appropriate box on the registration form. Your application for registration will be forwarded to the organizing committee for approval. Applications to attend this workshop are considered with or without abstract submission. However, priority will be given to the corresponding author of the accepted abstract. There is an embargo on all discussed and shown material. Abstracts presented at this meeting will not be published until after the AASLD. A workshop summary will be published at a later stage.
Participants to the meeting in 2006 will receive a personal invitation.
