shaw says the second half of pregnancy but no mention about which trimester?/second or third?

a) endodermal sinus tumour
b) polyembryoma
c) dysgerminoma
d) granulosa cel tu.
answer given is polyembryoma??but y not endodermal sinus tu.??according to shaw both r responsive only to chen th.??

about ur 2nd q,as far as i know red deg occurs most often in the 2nd trimester

havent come across a text comitting the trimester but both shaws and dutta say red degeneration is more common towards second half and puerpurium...........i am worried if we get a question with three trim and puerpurium as four choices
