as ppl say that career aims should come after the personal details on the cv in the beginning.. i was wondering that in career aims one writes about future plans..like if i am going to apply for sho in surgeyr ,i will write my career aim is so specialize in surgery and i wnt to take up mrcs and i want to take up this post in surgical sho as i am interested in surgery bla bla bla.. BUT THEN .. when we apply for the other post which is sho in medicine,, we have to change the career plan.. then we have to write .. that i want to specialize in field of medicine.. want to give mrcp and how this post of sho in medicine will benefit me in my careeer.. so DOES THIS MEAN THAT EVERY TIME WE APPLY FOR A DIFFERENT SPECIALITY .. WE CHANGE THE CAREER PLAN DESCRIPTION ON OUR CV?>?????
