hi there,

It is difficult to say that Nelson is the ideal book. It all depends what your background is, I mean if you are into Paediatrics then go ahead and read Nelson. Otherwise it is difficult to read full Nelson even by Sep when there are so many other things to do, for example, practising to solve questions.

There are so many books mentioned in this forum by different people from which you can get a good idea.

Lastly I would like to ask other members who have cleared this exam to tell in detail how to go about this exam?

Thanks in advance.
Cheers
