You cant get a fees exemption. The fees is 5000 Euro per year and you will need another 5000 Euro per year as living expense.

Yes...you can do PG in Bulgaria but to seems that medium of instruction is in Bulgarian language not in English. Anyway you can check it out too.

in which speciality,u wanna do pg sagar?
mbbs in sofia is in english but not the pg.
and also its too expensive now to do pg in sofia.
and its not recognised by MCI.
