hi , i heard that JIPMER Dermatology is gud.......but i m not south indian...dont know ll i b able to survive there for 3 yrs...coz i never lived outside home.......i m scared of ny alien environment...my rank is 321..i dont know abt ny other south college....heard tat CMC Vellore Dermatology is gud too...i qualified in there written exam..went for interview...did well there too...but was put on 2nd positionin waiting list...coz may b i dint hav ny experience ..i was the yungest among all candidates there....others had done diploma skin.....its ok.........watever happens....haapens for the best!!!!!..........if u hav ny info abt Dermatology do giv....at ur rank u can get pead in kolkata...i m from kolkata.....gud patient load here........

Language here is Tamil. In Dermat u maynot have problem for language. u ll learn in a period of 3 months like anybody does here

MS ophthal is not great here when compared to other premier institutes
Teaching programme is good. Clinical load is okay
Cataract is the main surgery done here. u ll get chance though. Only two (in number) faculty available in dept since long.

No reliable old questions are available in market.
