hi i m also doin Physiology frm mamc n gotta know scope of dis branch after comin here only..dis is d branch which can gv u max no.of optons n ur future is secure as wel...u can go for research work in leadin companies n also abroad there is lotz n lotz of demand..u can also prepare for mle side by side or can pursue for MBA course along with it..u can go for private practice along wid it n last but not least..there r innumerable private institutes who r demandin md physiologist n givin handsome pays n along with it u can do evening opds...so atleast it ensures ur future better than a clinical branch..

Hey rishi, I would like to know what kind of opds are being looked after by physiologists and what hospitals are actually giving these jobs!!
Wouldnt physio be primarily a research oriented branch? Also what is the funda of DM in rheumatology after physio? any ideas?

ya t is mainly d research based subject..n there r very gudpackagesn also..u can also go for management course like hospital management n i ll confirm boutdm rheumatology coz i ve also heard bout option of DM endo..what r u doin at present??

hi rish nice to see such a good thread i Physiology ...i am also interested to take up this branch in future but plz ill you elaborate a bit regarding the scope you have mentiones in your previous mail.......private teaching jobs are good and i have heard pays ranging from 40000 to 60000 for profs....but regarding research in companies...can you give me some examples.
