Sorry ,that i can not download the file in my CD about the book doing right, because the company who issued that CD made deliberately encrypted technique to make the download impossible as according to copyright policy.I apology for this inconvenience. I hope that is clear for all participant doctors, and my expectation is to stop and not to receive anymore email to my private email concerning that subject.
