OK, 8 years old child with headache
headache onset, course duration, site ,radiation, qualty, severity, timinign, associated featres such as fever, vomiting, if worse in morning or increased with couhg, could be meningitis.
D/D can include any fever, migraine, meningitis, anxiety etc.

sorry to be so late answering.... appeared in the exam on the same day and hv cleared in first attttempt... hope this will help you a lot.

1. headache originating due to faulty visual acuity.(boy needs to reder to a ophthalmologist)
3. It was a young female ,cough due to T.B, cancer,
4. young male with back ache as well, so it is uveitis...
10. wrong question ankle pain only management that is PRICE regime..
11. case was hepatitis
12 rheumatoid arthritis typical case and history... you can see and diagnose... easy
