all new appointment after 15.5.03 've to apply for contributery pension scheme, for CPF to be deducted from salary @10% equal amount to be deposited by govt.its mandatory.

calculate salary as:
basic pay8000+DP50% 4000+NPA25% 3000+DA29% 4350+CA variable+HRA250 variable+RHA variable
it comes out to be near 20000,varies from one place of posting to other.
calculate tax liability and start deducting tax at source from salary to avoid last days tension..
