rhodopsin is most sensitive and least sesitive to ; 1.violet, red 2. red, violet 3.green , red 4. blue green. ans given is 3. i think it should be 2. please help

Why do you think that ? FYI Rhodopsin has peak absorption at 500 nm i.e. deep green light to which dark adapted eye is most sensitive The Answer 3 is Right

On the other hand Cone opsins absorbs maximally in the
red (564 nm; L cones),
green (533 nm; M cones), or
blue (437 nm; S cones) region of the spectrum
