another one from 18th ed. Salgunan

q. no. 1220 p-825

according to guidelines the following change in the vaccine vial monitor is an indication for discarding the vaccines?

a] inner square is higher than outer circle
b] outer square is higher than the inner circle
c] inner square is same colour as that of the outer circle
d] inner square is darker than the outer circle

the answer given is d in Salgunan but another book by ashish and amit gives the answer as c
pl. help...

Infact both C and D options are correct but since we have to choose the best among these ...go for D option.

no i think answer D is right...
please refer pg.167 Park 18th edition
it states that when the inner square becomes blue like the outer circle the vaccine should be considered inefficient
