the govt has finally announced the dates for counselling for WBPGDMAT.

Counselling of successful candidates of 'West Bengal Post Graduate Medical Admission Test
(WBPGMAT)a' nd 'West Bengal Post Graduate Dental AdmissionT est (WBPGDAT)'E xaminationsw hich
were conducted by West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata in the month of January, 2007 shall
be conducted as per the following schedule:
VENUE: Medical College, Kolkata.
SCHEDULE:
A) For Govt. Sponsored Seats.
Courses: MD/MS/PG Dioloma
6th April 2007 Morning session 10 AM to 2PM
General rank 1 to 75
SC rank 1 to 25
ST rank 1 to 10
Evening session 3 PM to 6 PM
General rank 76 to rest
SC rank 26 to rest
ST rank 11 to rest
Evening session 3 PM to 6 PM
General rank 76 to rest
SC rank 26 to rest
ST rank 11 to rest
Morning session 10 AM- MDS
All govt. sponsored (General, SC & ST)
followed by open candidates (general,

Important Instructions:
1) Vacancy position (college wise) may be seen at the website
2) Candidateso r authorizedr epresentatives hall collect the allotmentl etter on the same day on paymento f
Rs.2,0001= by cash as counseling fee. With allotment letter, each selected candidate shall have to get
admittedi n his I her courseo f study at Institutions pecifiedi n his I her letter of allotmentw ithin7 (seven)d ays
of allotment by paying following amounts:
Rs. 10,0001=a s 'CautionM oney'd epositf or Degreec ourse.
Rs. 5,0001=a s 'CautionM oney'd epositf or Diplomac ourse.
Rs. 2,0001=a s admissionf ee.
Rs. 60001=a s tuition fee for 6 months.
3) Candidates / authorized representative must bring the following documents in original along with a set of
their attested copies.
a) WBPGMAT / WBPGDAT Admit card.
b) MBBSd egree/ BDS Degree/ Provisionapl assingc ertificate.
c) Intern ship completion certificate
d) Permanent / Provisional Registration certificate issued by MCI / DCI / State Medical Council/ State
Dental Council.
e) School leaving certificate / Madhyamik Exam Admit Card / Madhyamik Exam. Certificate or its
equivalent as proof of date of birth.
n Sponsorship/ No ObjectionC ertificatef or availingW est BengalG ovt. seats.
g) ST / SC / PH certificate.
4) Candidate or his / her authorized representative without original documents will not be allowed to
participateo r appeari n the counseling process.
