frnd the case is filled and our demands are put in front of the judge and he have given dmer date of monday to fight and plead themselves we need monetary support and waiting for your support please contribute generously thanks

dmer brought their reason for putting preference system n last clause 13.3b.
it was based on judgement given by high court itself with regards to engineering admissions.but it doesnt apply to us coz our mci has never agreed to that.dmer has just blindly followed that decision so that their workload is less.preference forms is less messy for them than open counseling.

but now there is a new twist to the story
2nd round of state will start after 16th May(after aipg 2nd round n last of admission thru aipg).
so when the hell r they going to conduct d last open counseling round??? icon_eek.gif icon_eek.gif icon_eek.gif
because no allotment of seats can be done after 31st may!!!!!!!!!!!

true, but i thought the issue was abt the third round, that is everyone shud be eligible for third round irrespective of what seat they have acquired in the 2nd round.
what happened in the hearing today any ideas?

ya that has been put up on mohfw.nic.in
n d issue is still d same that pple with seats shud also be eligible for final(3rd) round to be held by open counseling.

is it possible that 1st round by preference form and then open round for all......?????? that will be better for us and for dmer also.............
