a. chloroquine + pyrimethamine
b. sulfalene + pyrimethamine
c. chloroquine + primaquine
d. sulfalene 1000 mg


ans given is c....! why not b??

best chemoprophylaxis for a person who wants to visit a malaria endemic area of low level chloroquine resistant falciparum malaria.......
a. chloroquine
b. proguanil + chloroquine
c. sulfadoxine +pyrimethamine
d. mefloquine
