1.2 COST OF PROSPECTUS AND APPLICATION:
D.M.(Cardiology)/M.Ch.(Urology)/M.Ch.(CT&VS) Courses .. Rs.650/-
NOTE: Applicants for M.Ch. Courses can apply for only one course i.e. either for Urology or for C.T. & V.S. and they cannot apply for both the courses.

2.2 QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should have completed the B.Sc. Degree with Biochemistry
or Chemistry as main subject with Biology as an ancillary subject or B.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology) Course from any University recognized by Pondicherry University (with minimum prescribed period of study for the course).
2.3 COST OF PROSPECTUS AND APPLICATION .. Rs.300/-

The admission for D.M.(Cardiology)/M.Ch.(Urology)/M.Ch.(C.T.&V.S.) is based on Entrance Examination to be held at Puducherry on 17.06.2007 (Sunday) from 10.00 AM to 11.30 AM followed by personal interview / viva-voce examination and for M.Sc. (Medical Biochemistry
) course is based only on an Entrance Examination which will be held at this Institute (Puducherry) on 17.06.2007 (Sunday) from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
The Prospectus and Application form can be obtained from the Registrar(Academic), JIPMER
, Puducherry - 605 006 by sending a crossed Demand Draft (required value) payable to the Accounts Officer, JIPMER
, Puducherry. The Demand Draft should be drawn on any Nationalised Bank and payable at Puducherry (Pondicherry). The request for Prospectus and Application along with self addressed stamped envelope for Rs.60/- & of size 26 cms. X 32 cms, or large size (to send the Prospectus with Application to the candidates) should reach the Registrar(Academic), JIPMER
, Puducherry-605 006 on or before 03.04.2007(Tuesday). Money Order/Cheque/Postal Order or any other form of payment will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to send their requisition superscribing on the top of the cover the name of the course for which application is required.
Please ensure that the Bank Draft bears the Code Number of the issuing branch and drawee branch and date of issue as well as signature(s) of the bank officials and the amount written both in figures and words. Prospectus will not be sent if demand draft is not acceptable to the bankers here.

, Puducherry on payment of cash till 25.04.2007 (Wednesday) on all working days from 09.30 AM to 03.00 PM and on Saturdays from 09.30 AM to 12.00 Noon.
THE LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF FILLED-IN APPLICATION FROM THE CANDIDATES IS 25.04.2007 (WEDNESDAY) TILL 04.30 P.M. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DUE DATE WILL BE SUMMARILY REJECTED.
