hi,,, first of all sorry for the doubling of the pass certificate topic.,,,, next I had this doubt, see we have joined and have been alloted units at all medical colleges most places according to merit,,,, now if suppose I am 4th candidate for Medicine in 'Rohtak through AIPGE (just imaginary situation) and I have been alloted 4th unit , now if suppose 3 no. candidate has taken a new seat in second counselling and vacated his seat (and his unit ) am I eligible in second round to get that 3rd seat in medicine in Rohtak, or will somebody below my merit take it,,,,,,and get a better unit than me,,,,,,,or it then depends upon what the authorities do locally,, but I atleast want to know whether I can ask for the same seat in second counselling but at a different position................If somebody going to DGHS pleasse ask this also......
