Hello all,

I received this info from one of the forums about GP results.Pls have alook.

RE: does anyone have ideas for gp dates? ( iainturnbull) 12/04/2007, 19:25
Received last Tuesday from Gai Evans, National Recruitment Manager at the National Recruitment Office for GP Training.... ..

"Yes, we plan to make offer to those who confirm GP as their first choice preference on 25th April.

Those for whom GP was their second choice and who have attended selection centre, will be considered for any remaining vacancies (if not offered their first choice specialty) from June 5th.

Those not originally shortlisted for GP will not be considered further. The plan to "interview" everyone does not apply to GP since our shortlisting process has been found to be fair, robust and fit for purpose and is not therefore affected by the review recommendations" ...

When will the outcomes of the GP interviews in Scotland be announced? Will England, Northern Ireland and Wales announce their results on the same day?

The arrangements for making and securing job offers will be published shortly.
as of 12th of april 2007 MMC sotland
