Can somebody give me information where to apply for the Letter of Need ?
I need to apply for the J1 visa . Should I first apply to ECFMG for the 2019 form ? What next ? where do I get the Letter of Need . In my case from INDIA ?? but where is the office ? New Delhi ? or the State goverment in my hometown ? Please help me out somebody .....this is urgent

Apply for j1 first. Send the documents to your program. PC forwards it to the ECFMG.

Letter of need / Statement of need is issued by the Ministry of health and family welfare, New Delhi. The office is located in Nirman Bhavan.
Google Ministry of Health, India and click on the International Student section. Obtain the list of documents needed from the site. Also make use of the phone number on the website. Ask for Mr. Narendra Kumar/ Sumitraji. They are very helpful.
