can you please explain your answer?

CFS is a dg of exclusion, you have to rule out first psychi,subst abuse- related pbs.
the key symptome is unexplained , chronic fatigue plus another 4 out of 8 symptoms for 6 months(memory pb, sore throat, tender cervical node, muscle, joint pain, headache, unrefreshed sleep(not increased sleep desire), and fatigue more than 24 hrs
