Prinzmetal angina has the foll. characteristics except:
Pain at rest
ST elevation during the attack
normal ECG without pain :
represents transmural ischemia
ST depression with pain

ECG in a young healthy person will not show (hr-80 bts/mnt):
RP interval between 120 -200msec
QRS interval less than 100msec
interval between 2QRS is 750msec
T wave represents repolarisation

]

1.PRINZMETAL ANGINA

Transmural (Full myocardial wall thickness) ischaemia is seen in Myocardial infarction.

2.I think all options are appropriate for the heart rate 80/minute.I hope other doctors may respond if they find anything wrong in the above statements.
