in vary short all states will have there 2nd counseling b/w 26th to 31 st may, if any candidate opting seat from state 2nd counseling & already having a seat from all india of other state, than he or she will vacant the seat after or around 31st may, & which will be lapsed,

there will be more than 30 to 40 seats in each state may be lapsed

to save these seats & grow over oportunity- [i]the last date of admission through state on vacant seats due to any reason shold be 30th june insteed of 31st may

this can only possible through court case in supreem court

i think fund will not become problem

The seats that fall vacant will automatically come to the respective states for the 2nd councelling.This will be a good opportunity for those waitlisted for the second councelling of the state pre-pg.I have a firm belief that those in the wl deserve to get a good bargain,after all most of the top 100 in the wl are fm the general quota.

aap hindi mai samjhiye "agar koi candidate[manlijiye candidate Rajasthan ka hai] all india 2nd counceling se m p ki seat uthata hai aur admission le leta hai, aur use use Rajasthan ki 2nd counseling[b/w 26 to 31st may] mai apni choice ki seat mil jati hai, to woh mp ki seat mp ki 31st may ke aas pas chodega jo ki ultimately lapse ho jayegi,
aisi hi seats mp mai last year 3rd counseling mai ayi thi jo ki 20 se jyada thi.
