i have heard that a certain university of seychelles offers MD and MS in various subjects.
is this really a genuine university or a fake

this university is recognised by WHO and is listed in world directory of medical schools.
regarding MCI recognition ,none of the foreign post graduate medical degrees are recognised in india.
But if you have basic medical qualification i.e MBBS from MCI recognised institute and MD/MS from university of seychelles you can practice that speciality in India.
