Quick Scroll Royal College of General Practitioners - Credibility? 05.09.07 (1 year ago) #1

The Royal College of General Practitioners is offering a Diploma in Family Medicine in India via the Apollo group of Hospitals. What I am skeptical about is the fact that they offer this diploma as an online course of 4 months followed by a contact program of 2 months at Apollo. All this for as little as Rs.50000/-.

How valid is this certification? I mean just how much weight does this certification carry when I apply for my residency in USA?

The degree they are offering is Diploma in Family Medicine (DFM).

Please reply asap.
