I'm not sure about the ethics issues here, but I'll say first you advice him about the sec effect of steroids: hormonal system disruption, skin effects, cardiovasc. effects, behavioral issues such as aggressive,violence, etc. liver dissease, the risc of abbuse and the deadly conseq. Also you give him alternatives as nutritional advices, exercise etc. What do you think?

I don't know what to say, but as it is pretty dangerous and today some schools want these steroids being considered as drugs, I wouldn't. He can not make you prescribe and you can give as an argument the safety issue for your patient.

LIke : look , doctor , I need some steroids from you , I need a prescription , because I cannot buy without it ! And the person doesn't bother about the side effects ! He is there , and he is determined to obtain these steroids !
