precipitin test is used to detect species origin.
benzidine test and haemin crystal test can just identify whether the stain is blood or not.

so i think the answer should be acid dilution test.

1. for blood stains(old or fresh)- benzidine test.

2. to detect species origin -precipitin test.

3. to detect bld grouping -absorption elution test.
