How can my relatives in USA help me?

I have some relatives(2 uncles but not from the first grade)who have been living in USA since ab 20 years.they wont mind helping me regarding the whole process..so,what r the services i may ask them during and after the USMLE
exam?how can they help me in CS preparation,doctors contacts,visa matters...etc?

I forgot to mention that one of my 2 uncles works as pharmacist and the other works in the U.N.secretary....To what extent they can help me regarding the usme journey?

Normally for CS visa they can't be of much help. Otherwise too non-medico relatives in US are of little help except reducing the expenses on stay. They can only help in CS visa matter if they can get you a job with a company that would sponsor you an H1B. That would preclude the need for a tourist visa for CS.
If they have some good contacts among doctors they can help you get observerships, LORs and even a residency. Remember contacts always work..

Dr AAM i've stated that they can help only if they know some well placed doctors in US who can help you get good observerships, LORs which are a great help in getting a residency.

If u dont mind i have another question:after obtaining the ecfmg,can they help me finding any paid-work in the medical field such as assistant in the private sector during the period i`m applying for residency there?

You'll have to do this for yourself, find a willing employer.

I dunno if knowledge of drugs would be of any big help during residency. but certainly the money would be..   I don't see any harm though..
