Latest news updated on gp recruitment site.
FURTHER OFFERS:
We are very sorry to advise you that we are unable to make any further offers to candidates currently on the reserve list or candidates who have applied to another specialty until the outcome of the judicial review has been announced. The result of the judicial review is not expected until May 25th at the earliest.

We realise this is disappointing to those of you who are anxiously waiting for news but this is outside of our control. Please do not contact the NRO or individual deaneries regarding reserve lists, clearing or remaining vacancies.

OBTAINING FEEDBACK :
We understand that many unsuccessful applicants will, naturally, want to obtain FEEDBACK of their performance at selection centre. However, as already stated, we cannot release this information until GP recruitment has been completed. We will advise all applicants of the procedure to request FEEDBACK in due course. Please do NOT contact the NRO or individual deaneries regarding FEEDBACK .

[snip] ACCOUNT USERS:
Some [snip] e-mail account users appear to be having problems with receiving e-mails sent by the NRO. The problem is with [snip] , not us. We suggest that [snip] users should check their junk mail folders and change their security settings so that junk mail is not automatically deleted.

i have heard that london deanery has already contacted the candidates who are supposed to be offered the left over posts and are not entertaining further calls. So does it mean that all those who have not been contacted as yet, like me, have no more to hope for now ????

Hi

Here is the email I got from the GP Recruitment - you will see that the offers will be made if there are any suitable posts in any UK deanery, not only at the deanery where you have applied:

We will therefore be able to consider your application for an ST2 programme should any suitable posts remain in any UK deanery in the clearing system. We will contact you towards the end of May if this is the case.

hi saliya,
i did not receive any mail from the london deanery saying that stuff but i am sure i have got this information from somewhere...may be one of the reserved candidates, i just cannot recollect from where...cos nowadays we are getting all these sorts of news from everywhere.....not entirely sure from where though.
Though I am hoping that it is a rumour only cos even for me getting into the rotation was the only option left and i dont want to loe hope so early.
anyways
gud luck to u all
