hi my f1 visa application was rejected twice from chennai in the same month..once for lack of funds when i actually showed ample funds n second cos they thought im a potential immigrant cos im going to give my USMLE from there?what next?should i quit?give it a last try?or reapply for tourist visa after few months?

why do they have this stepmotherly attitude towards doctors? favouring engineers?when actually they are immigrants n wanna stay there?please help!
