Dear rajju077, isn't it a good idea if u can arrange for something like basic learning in research (which i think even more important than providing info on what are the researches going on & u r doing a great job here).....frm my experince, I have seen that, even the professor of a speciality lacking the very basics of research knowhow ( e.g. things needed to do & understand research independently)

Could you specify exactly what basic learning means?
The concept of Research is basic enough. What else is to be defined and included under basic learning?
I did like your viewpoint upon what should be included in and as 'basic learning in research'.
