I am posting this query for my friend. Pls help me. He is from India. He is on student visa, since 3 yrs he was in London. In May 2004, he married in India, and he has applied visa in last week of May 2004 for his wife for comming to UK. Due to lack of shown property proofs and the college where he is studying is not in that embassys list, so she didn't get visa. Now he joined in another college, which is in the embassys list. So if he apply again now, will it be any problem. One of his professor is telling to wait till Nov 2004. If he applies once again now, with the new college documents, and with proofs of the properties, will it be problem. But even if we wait till Nov 2004, there is no surity that we will get Visa. And one of the girls brother is working in Dubai, can we produce some sponser letter for property sake thru him. How many times we can apply for dependent visa. Please mail me some solution.
