meherban singh is good enough...in fact the best...
chedda has some mistakes acc to many profs.n many dont like it when u quote "chedda" as the reference..
all values from ghai /nelson r accepted...
clinical methods-read hutchison-there's a chapter for paeds...+ based on medicine books(like golwala, pj mehta or kundu)..i mean for systemic examination-methods n stuff lik that...

i think this will be more than enough...
