the ans is berger's hernia. i wrote is down in my book. i dont remember where i have taken the reference. i have searched b&l, csdt and stedman's but cant find it now. will try to get is asap. but the ans is sure.

wat about checking older editions of bailey(22nd or 21st edition)?

i vaguely remember it reading this in 22nd edition!
