Dear frnds,
thanx for visiting this message.
i will like to invite members who r honestly serious about preparation for
aipg/AIIMS .
lets share our knowledge , share our opinions ,discuss mcqs & lots more
to make these worlds one of the toughest exams[aipg/AIIMS ] preparation a
bit cool & to some extent free from tension.
if we succeed to form a good cohort probably we can take help of messengers
of msn and conduct a good online discussion as needed.
no mater which part of india or world u belong to or currently reciding in,
join here, provided ur goal is also the above mentioned exams.
if u think u r also searching for a similar type of study partner u r heartily
welcomed.
i made a small study plan to start with. lets start with one subject of basic
sciences [ lets take Pharmacology ] & a clinical subject [ lets take medicine].
now from these subjects each lets choose a chapter of each of the subjects .
now lets read it thoroughly in our own from the books we feel confident &
then have a open dicussion just based on the concept we got from our reading
& then discuss some questions & key points.best is we can e-mail questions to each other
what we may have found interesting or difficult during our reading.
now whatever we may be , a intern or a house officer or a job holder or something else
we will have to find daily some time in a day to read those chapters & prepare for the discusssion
on a schedule date [ the date can be selected by the cohort].
all this mentioned above is a prototype that i constructed myself ,ur criticisms r
wellcomed.

firstly accept my heartiest welcome for taking a nice effort to reply me.
Yes u are true . I think u have sugested me so bcos u may have found it to be my first post & may have thought that I am not aware of the similar discussions going on.
Now let me make some things clear to u. though I had signed up today only, I am surfing these forums [ other than rxpg also] for last 3 years. According to me what I found during the whole of this period is that many of these online discussion exists but everyday many new requests are posted seeking study partners in different forums of different webs. That means though this discussion groups exists people yet want to have small groups that are more comfortable & more flexible with each other & those can take effort to a make more elaborative , easiy & friendly discussion. Let me make u clear discussion dose not always mean u need to be online with ur study partner, bcos a lots can be done by e-mailing personally also. I personally had experienced the taste of discussion with many a groups. Many a things happen during this discussions what I had evaluated. Some groups when acuire a well no. of members there comes a point of feeling of complex of minority or superiority bcos many a times what happens is on the online discusion one comes with background of being a gold medalist & the other might have failed his mbbs exam once or twice. Obviously there will be a gap in there knowledge but there is no meaning that the low quality student cant make it , all I believe is devotion & hard work that brings difference. That’s why once a group is made a very flexible group dynamics is needed to be maintained to continue a healthy group flow. Again some times u are dissapointed by contacting personally bcos u may here a lot of such rubbish [abusive words] from ur study partner which u don’t want to here. Many types of good & bitter experiences happen. Simultaneously, fortunately u may get a nice frnd & guide from this forums & I had personally experienced such [for example a I wance had a oppurtunity to talk with a doctor of ONGC through a forum of a medical website who took enough effort to explain me why not to make army medical corps (in what I was interested before) the first career option after mbbs].
With out disrespecting ur feeling, probably the discussion group about which u mentioned is a nice group, I here trying something little different , a little more flexible , from nomedalist to gold/platinum medlist. People going through my messsages if finds me their ideal study partner that they were also looking for may join me. Take it easy.

i read ur post but i still can not get it, there is agrp hit the [bleep] eye online grp on this very forum they r also posting their doubts while others r offline and when others become online they can see d query and post their answers, it is very easy and everybody can join it bcoz it is visible to all.
if u make a small grp by posting via e mail then how will others will see d answers simultaneously? wont it be a tedious job?
i may be mistaken or probably i am not getting it right. plz bear with my ignorance and make it a little bit clear 4 me.

Yes I will make u clear. Firstly the goal of starting the group is not for any big scale public benefit, its for own benefit 1stly [it may sound bad but it’s the bitter truth for most of the forum visitors ].
So small study groups can run better coordinated study in themselves , not nescessarily in forum pages only, bcos many a times when there are too many pop up visitors it creates a problem in the flow of discussion. everything has its own good & bad point Not only this another problem is suppose I have some good photographs/graphics / course materials in my folders which is not always kept with source of these materials [bcos its for my personal use ] ; now if I have to post in the forum I have to post it with reference materials to abide by the copyright laws but if its with some personal email/messenger u can easily send it to ur study partner.
Again study related discusions are organised on multiple topics & also needed to be done in details, which according to me is not suitable to load the forum in a boring fashion. BUT OBVIOUSLY WHEN WE COME ACROSS A INTERESTING /DEBATING TOPIC WHILE OUR GROUP DISCUSSION WE CAN GIVE IT IN THE FORUM TO INVITE OTHER AMATURE & PROFESSIONAL FORUM VISITORS OPINION.
I think this much of makes ur doutbs clear to a furthur extent .
Ur further criticism/querries are welllcome.
