thanx ameer... i was thinking of it, the last 3 answers are actually non sense. i was choosing between the first two. 2 conflicting correct answers actually, TN says if patient is unstable dont delay the procedure. but there is also in the management of massive bleeding w/c state if unstable resuscitate w/ fluid and if no response...surgery.
